Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Dosewise is an Android app provided by Keelmark Labs. Dosewise helps users record medication doses, view dose history, and check medication timing.

3. Information you enter into Dosewise

Dosewise may store information that you choose to enter into the app, including medication names, dose amounts, dose timing rules, dose schedules, dose records, dose history, and app settings. Because this information may relate to medication use, it may be health-related information.

This information is used only to provide the app's core features on your device, such as recording doses, showing dose history, and calculating when a dose may next be due.

4. No accounts

Dosewise does not require, create, or use registered user accounts. Keelmark Labs does not operate a Dosewise account system and does not hold account profiles, usernames, passwords, or login records for Dosewise users.

Because Dosewise does not create app accounts, there is no Dosewise account for Keelmark Labs to delete. You can delete your local Dosewise information as described below.

5. No cloud collection or sync

Dosewise does not send your Dosewise medication records, dose history, schedules, settings, or other app content to Keelmark Labs servers or to a Keelmark Labs cloud service. Keelmark Labs does not operate cloud sync for Dosewise.

Dosewise does not provide your app data to third-party analytics providers, advertising networks, data brokers, or tracking services.

6. Local storage

Dosewise stores app information locally on your device using Android app storage. Your data remains on your device unless you choose to remove it, move it, copy it, share it, or back it up using device or operating-system features outside Dosewise.

Keelmark Labs cannot read, recover, or restore local Dosewise data from your device because it is not uploaded to Keelmark Labs.

7. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Dosewise may use the Android notification system to show local medication reminders or timing alerts on your device. Notification content is generated locally by the app and is not sent to Keelmark Labs.

You can control Dosewise notifications through the app settings, where available, and through Android system notification settings.

8. Advertising, analytics, and tracking

Dosewise does not contain advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, behavioural tracking, or profiling systems. Keelmark Labs does not use Dosewise to track you across apps or websites.

9. Sharing of information

Keelmark Labs does not receive your Dosewise medication data and therefore does not share it with other organisations. Dosewise does not sell personal data.

If you independently choose to show, export, screenshot, copy, back up, or otherwise share information from Dosewise, that sharing is controlled by you and by the apps, services, or device features you choose to use.

10. Deleting your information

Your Dosewise information is stored locally on your device. You can delete local Dosewise information by using any delete, clear history, or reset options provided in the app, where available. You can also delete Dosewise app data through Android system settings, or uninstall Dosewise from your device.

Because Keelmark Labs does not receive or store your Dosewise data, Keelmark Labs cannot delete a cloud copy of your Dosewise data. No such Keelmark Labs cloud copy is created by Dosewise.

11. Device backups and platform services

Dosewise does not operate its own cloud backup service. However, your device, Android, Google Play, or other platform services may provide separate backup, diagnostics, security, app distribution, or account services. Those services are controlled by their providers and by your device or account settings, not by Keelmark Labs.

You should review your Android, Google, and device backup settings if you want to understand whether app data from your device may be included in a platform-level backup.

12. Security

Dosewise is designed to keep app data on your device rather than transmitting it to Keelmark Labs. Android provides app sandboxing and device security controls, and your device may also provide encryption, screen lock, biometric unlock, and backup controls.

You can help protect Dosewise information by keeping your device secure, using a screen lock, keeping Android updated, and controlling who can access your device.

13. Children

Dosewise is not directed at children. If Dosewise is used to help manage a child's medication routine, it should be used by a parent, guardian, carer, or other responsible adult.

14. International transfers

Keelmark Labs does not receive Dosewise app data, so Keelmark Labs does not transfer Dosewise medication records, dose history, schedules, or settings between countries.

15. Changes to this policy

Keelmark Labs may update this Privacy Policy if Dosewise changes or if legal, platform, or Google Play requirements change. Any updated version will be posted on this website with a new last updated date.

If a future version of Dosewise introduces accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, external APIs, or any other feature that changes how information is handled, this Privacy Policy must be updated before that feature is published.
